A builder on your side
BG Advisory is run by Brendan Giurdanella. He has built in Melbourne for over 30 years. We check builders' quotes for the people paying for the build.
Brendan Giurdanella
Brendan has over 30 years of commercial building work in Melbourne. He has finished 236 builds.
Brendan knows a job site like the back of his hand. He knows everything that goes into a build, from the first dig to the final clean. He knows what each trade does and what it should cost. And he can see when a job can be done better.
Most first-time builders sign a quote with no one on their side who can read it. That is why BG Advisory exists.
Part of BG Construction
BG Advisory is part of BG Construction, a Melbourne commercial builder.
That means we check your quote against real prices from jobs we are doing now. Not old prices from a book.
It also means 30 years of trade and supplier contacts. If a price is too high, we can often find someone who will do the work for less.
